I want to buy lots of books. Can I visit you to see the books first?

No. Sorry we are mail order only,all our efforts are geared to sending parcels out as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.

Could you please send my order and make payment on invoice?

We only accept payment in advance by credit/debit card, postal orders, Paypal or cheque(please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear) or cash sent by recorded delivery only.

The Post Office damaged my book in transit or it was not received.

Please make sure you read our terms of business. However if you choose not to use Royal Mail special delivery(ie you take the first or second class post option) then we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

The book I ordered is not what I want. Can you exchange it for another title?

Due to the unique nature of magic books we can not make any refunds once you have made an order. If a book is incorrectly printed, then we will be pleased to exchange it for another copy of the same title properly printed.

When I phone I get your answering machine. When can I speak to someone personally?

The office is open during normal business hours Mon-Fri (9am-5pm). If on a rare occasion the office is unattended we will return calls as soon as possible.

Can you advise me on the best book/s to buy?

Magic is such a personal thing, so it can be very difficult to offer advice however we will help as much as possible.

I would like to order by E-mail using my credit card. Is it wise to send my number this way?

No, you should never send your credit card details in an unencrypted email. Please place your order through our secure eshop where your data is fully secure. If you prefer not to order on line, please call us on 0854 3700455 where one of our team will be pleased to take your order.

I want to order a book. How do I know its in stock?

The quickest way to find out is to order it on line. If out of stock you will receive a reply much more quickly than if you make an enquiry. In the unlikely event we are out of stock you will be informed immediately. You will be given the choice of waiting for stock or having a refund.

How long before my order is delivered to me?

We try to despatch orders as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours). Customers in Europe, including Great Britain should wait fourteen WORKING days. Elsewhere thirty WORKING days.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

Customers in Europe, including Great Britain should wait fourteen WORKING days. Elsewhere thirty WORKING days before contacting us and we will try to help. Please note only orders sent by special delivery are issued a tracking number and are insured up to £500. However standard mail can not be tracked and therefore the help we can offer is very limited.
