Terms of Business
We accept orders on a payment with order basis by post, fax, E-mail, phone, or online on our secure web shop.

UK ORDERS:
We accept the following methods of payment:
UK postal orders, cheque, credit card, American Express, MasterCard or Visa, traveler’s cheque in sterling or Pay-Pal. We do NOT accept Diners Club. We encourage you not to send cash in the post, however if you do so then please send (sent at your own risk) by registered post only. If you wish to speak to someone personally call 0845 3700455
All enquiries SAE please or E-mail except with order.

POSTAL OPTIONS:
1st class:
Charged at cost based on the weight of the goods. Price calculated automatically in our web shop.
Usually dispatched within 24 hours, delivered within 1 day (subject to Royal Mail).

2nd Class:
Charged at cost based on the weight of the goods. Price calculated automatically in our web shop.
Usually dispatched within 24 hours, delivered within 3 days (subject to Royal Mail).

Special Delivery:
Charged at cost based on the weight of the goods. Price calculated automatically in our web shop.
Usually dispatched within 24 hours, delivered by 1pm the day after dispatch (subject to Royal Mail).
Tracking number issued so can be tracked on line.
Insured up to £500
Will need to be signed for.


OVERSEAS ORDERS
We accept the following methods of payment:
International Money Order, credit card, American Express, MasterCard or Visa, Japanese Credit Bank, traveler’s cheque in sterling or Pay-Pal. We do NOT accept Diners Club. We encourage you not to send cash in the post, however if you do so then please send GBP £ Sterling (sent at your own risk) by registered post only. No cheques acceptable in foreign currencies including US dollars.
We can reply to overseas enquiries by post, e-mail, phone or fax but cannot return overseas phone calls.

POSTAL OPTIONS:
1st class AIRMAIL
Usually dispatched within 24 hours.
Charged at cost based on the weight of the goods. Price calculated automatically in our web shop.

All postal amounts include any packaging required to send your order safely.

When using your credit card on the phone we need to know:-
1. Your name and address as registered with the credit card company.
2. The address to which the goods are to be sent if different from the above.
3. The card number. Please pay attention to the last
Three or four numbers that may be obscured by the hologram.
4. MOST IMPORTANT. The date on which the card expires.
5. Last 3 digits of the code on the signature strip
Switch cards issue number, commencing date and expiry date.

RETURNS POLICY
Choose carefully as due to the special nature of Magic Books we do not generally accept returns. If you feel the need to return any item please write first giving fullest reasons for wanting to do so, we will then give you a returns number. You must then return the goods at your own cost in PERFECT condition, within 14 days. We will then (at our discretion) exchange or refund. All enquiries by E-mail or by telephone call.

We do not wholesale. All goods must be paid for at full retail value.

We are mail order only. Absolutely no visitors.
We do not deal in antiquarian or secondhand goods.

Correspondence in the English language only.
Receipts for tax purposes issued on request at time of order.
